  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on bank holidays

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Processing times may vary during busy periods or promotional launches.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom only

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days

Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or adverse weather.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before purchase

5. Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

Additional postage fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us after 7 working days from dispatch

  • We will investigate with the courier on your behalf

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is in the courier’s possession, but we will always assist where possible.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
