This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations in relation to purchases made from All Things Simple Beauty & Wellness.

By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to this policy.

1. Physical Products

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we operate the following policy:

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Products returned outside the 14-day window

Return Process

  • Customers must contact us before returning an item

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked service

2. Refunds (Physical Products)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photographic evidence

We will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

  • By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge the loss of your right to cancel under UK consumer law

5. Consultations & Coaching Services

  • All consultation and coaching bookings are non-refundable

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refund

6. Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a booking or order:

  • You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

  • Refunds will be processed promptly
