A young, driven and dedicated mother to a vibrant little boy and entrepreneur, the CEO Charisa Allen carefully researched and formulated a herbal medicine cosmetic brand that uses ancient African, Indian and western practises to create luxury, sustainable products - that actually work. Our Journey
2o14 - 2018
After years of frying my hair with heat and hair dye my hair was severely damaged, so I made a conscious decision to transition from using heat to growing out my natural hair (with no heat). I spent time studying every aspect of hair from under the scalp, the scalp, how our diet affects our air growth, hair types, scalp conditions, porosity and nutrition from different dietary requirements and allergies. While studying I began to apply what I learned to my own lifestyle and began to see major changes.
2018 - 2020
During this time I was extremely depressed and not taking care of myself so my hair that began to grow and look healthy and luscious began to look thin and broken. I was determined to figure out why and how does tress contribute to hair less and found out I missed a module in my independent learning HORMONES! I began to I delve in the studies of hormones and how it can really change your life. Then I applied what learned and BOOM, once people began to see the change in my hair, overall appearance and health I chose to extend my knowledge to the people around me and a few customers. My mum , sister, brother and cousins were my biggest support system when testing when a theory or product.
2020 - Today
2019/2020 was such a transitional period for everyone around the world, statistics show 73% of of the worlds population was googling DIY hair and beauty remedies and herbal medicines to fight against or prevent Covid - 19. So I thought why not put everything I learned together to help contribute to society. So All things simple Wellness centre was birthed. A great way to heal yourself from the inside out...the simple way. Our products are stocked in a variety of health shops across London, we take consultations and ship direct to your home. With all things simple you get a personal prescription of a lifestyle change while enjoying yourself with a community of likeminded people.
